Colonel Ranveer Jamwal is the first Indian officer to climb Mount Everest three times and the Seven Summits. He has completed more than 30 climbing excursions on seven continents, including four ascents of Mount Everest.
Colonel Ranveer Singh Jamwal, commonly known as an Ace Mountaineer, is a third-generation soldier. On December 26, 1975, he was born. His family is from Badhori in the Samba District of Jammu & Kashmir, India. He attended the Army School in Ratnuchak for his primary and secondary schooling. In 1998, he passed the Officer Exam (Army Cadet College) and enrolled at the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun.
